*Hot tub and Pool are used at your own risk. Follow posted instructions for safety. Children must be monitored at all times during pool or hot tub use. *For your safety, there is no jumping or diving into the pool or hot tub. Do not sit or stand on water feature. *No glass in the hot tub, pool, or pool house. *Pool door should never be propped open. *No Smoking of any kind on the premises: Smoking of any kind will result in a $750 additional cleaning and ozone fee. This includes, but is not limited to vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other type of smoking. *No pets of any kind, to respect our future guests with allergies. *No parties, guests not listed on the reservation, or unauthorized events. *Guests will be required to sign rental agreement and provide photo ID upon booking. A Note About Wildlife: At Ridge Retreat, we’re lucky to be surrounded by the natural beauty of the Smoky Mountains. Given this, there is possibility of wild animals, bears, bugs, etc in the area. While we do regularly spray and monitor for pests, we cannot guarantee you won't see any of them.
